Shipmonk announced that John Grubor has joined the leadership team as Chief Operating Officer to lead all operations for the Company and reporting to Founder & CEO, Jan Bednar.
Grubor joins from GEODIS where he was EVP & Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for the company’s contract logistics business in the Americas. He originally joined OHL, a 3PL owned by Welsh Carson that was acquired by GEODIS to enter the American market. An engineer by background, Mr. Grubor was the SVP Solutions & Engineering before being promoted to COO where led a team of 15,000 people working in ~40M feet of warehouse facilities generating ~$1.5B in revenues, 60% of which is DTC.
