Home Care Assistance has made several key hires across the company’s Finance and Legal teams.

Joining as Vice President of Finance & Strategy is Ross Sanderson, who previously led the Finance function at Honor Health, Practice Fusion, and McKesson.

Other important hires include Assistant General Counsel, Steve Koyanagi, formerly of International education Corporation and Jackson Lewis P.C.; Controller & Director of Accounting, Angela Mak, formerly of Teladoc Health and Pure Storage; Sr Director Finance Operations, Gary Scott, formerly of ServiceMaster/American Home Shield/Terminix; and Compliance Manager, Samantha Jarnot, formerly of Wellpath and American Specialty Health.
