Austin, TX – December 7, 2023. — Signal Partners, a nationwide search firm serving
private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, today announced that Loran
Fredric has joined the firm as Partner and will lead the firm’s Austin office. In this role,
Loran will oversee the firm’s Digital Transformation practice, serving private equity-
backed digital transformation companies and overseeing digital transformation talent
initiatives across sectors.

Loran brings unique experience as both a corporate entrepreneur and a talent service
provider. Prior to Signal, he served as a Partner and Director at BCG Digital Ventures
and built a business from scratch over three years. In addition to building out
management teams for BCG clients, he also worked on digital transformation
engagements.

Before joining BCG, Loran led Executive Recruiting for Google’s Global Partnerships &
Business Development organization, including for Area 120, Google’s internal
accelerator and incubator, as well as extensive work hiring leadership team for Google
Health and within YouTube.

Loran holds an MBA from UCLA and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from
Harvard University. He is also fully proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
