CI Capital Partners announced today that it has sold Hero Digital, the world’s leading independent customer experience company Hero Digital to AEA.  

During CI Capital’s five year ownership period, Hero’s revenue increased more than six-fold through a combination of organic growth and five strategic add-on acquisitions – each of which bolstered Hero’s service offerings and empowered the company to expand geographically to five US cities. 

Signal Partners assisted Hero Digital execute on its operating plan by successfully recruiting over 15 positions for the company, including its president, chief marketing officer, practice leads for data analytics and strategy, client services leaders and other mid-level roles.
